This past week UPS dropped off a box with several Easy-Carry Tables that Bill Frerking made and assembled.

Just in time for your next chip carving road trip or getaway, this Table will keep everything you need in one place so you can do some carving whenever the time is right. Two storage slots on the side of the tilting turntable. Push your chips in the opening at the bottom of the Table rather than scattering them around you. The top stays closed with two dowel pins on each side of the wooden carrying handle.

Kevin Hagel sent me these pictures of 2 recent pieces he's done. Here's how he described the carving, wood burning and finishing process to me.

"Colored pencils and I blend. Long process. Draw then burn then carve. I've done this a lot. Been burning pictures since 1978."

I've shared with you through the years a bit about our son, Paul, and his time in the Navy and Army.
