Knife Sharpening - what could be more important? 🔪😲

Hi ,

When I first started chip carving in 1985, I followed the advice given to me on the VHS tape (are you old enough to remember them?) when it came to sharpening.

I'll guess that's pretty common. When you learn something new you practice what you're taught.

So I started out using hand held ceramic stones to sharpen and hone my knives.

Now I sharpen differently and I get a MUCH BETTER edge! 😲
