Hey there,
Last week I showed you the Pattern Wizard design software.
This week let's look at the Tessellation Maker 1.75.

|
Definition: A tessellation is a pattern of shapes that fit together perfectly, without any gaps. Tessellation often refers to a pattern that includes a repetition of one particular shape, such as the repetition of squares in a checkerboard.
But tessellations can be formed from multiple shapes.
M.C.Escher was well known for his tessellations. I think these are from Escher, or at least they are created in Escher-like style. These are a few examples.
I used the Tessellation Maker to create this pattern that was used for the Knife Box show below.
And this pattern was a BIG hit for the Oval Box...
I'm not an experienced Tess Maker user. I've created a few patterns but beyond that, I've not used it regularly enough to create any tutorials.
But, good news is that you can try it for free to see if you like it!
If you find it's something you want to use, buy it in the Store and save 10%. Then you'll receive your Activation Key to allow full use.
Free access to ALL patterns, videos and the live Monthly Webinar is included with your Platinum Membership.
